About Us ...

Welcome to Victoria Falls, a vibrant 55+ seniors’ community. Click here to view the gallery highlighting our beautiful grounds and amenities, including the resort club with two swimming pools (indoor and outdoor), a fully equipped modern gym, a Great Hall for community activities, meeting rooms for an array of clubs, and a billiards room. We also have two tennis courts and a 2.5 mile walking trail. There are ponds, gazebos, benches and pocket gardens throughout the community.

Amenities at Victoria Falls

Fitness Center

The Fitness center is open during all Resort Club opening hours. There are a variety of fitness machines and other equipment. 

Billiards Room

The billiards room has two full size tables, cues and balls. 

Card Room/Craft Room

These rooms are utilized by the many VF clubs and for smaller community events.

Indoor Pool

The indoor pool is 55 x 24 ft with room for four swimming lanes and a variety of water fitness aides. The pool is open when the lifeguard is on duty. 

Sauna and Hot Tub

Situated in the indoor pool area, there is a sauna (dry heat) that seats four and a hot tub that can seat up to six people. 

Outdoor Pool

Open from Memorial Day to Labor Day (when a lifeguard is on duty), the outdoor pool also has a large patio area with recliners, umbrellas and shaded areas. 

Tennis Courts

Victoria Falls has two full sized tennis courts, that are also marked for pickle ball. If no one is playing tennis there is a basket ball hoop available. 

Walking Trail

The walking trail measures 2.5 miles and much of the it is shaded. It’s the perfect space for a quiet walk, jog or even a bicycle ride.

Gazebos and pocket gardens

These lovely quiet areas are dotted around the community and available to all residents.

Great Hall

The Great Hall is the main venue for VF events and fitness classes, and is also available for residents to rent. There is a kitchen attached to the Great Hall, with an ice machine, warming oven and refrigerators.
